Customer Protection act complaint

The customer is allowed to inspect the goods and if the parcel is incorrect or damaged, the customer can send us an email at info@omontleonlinestore.co.za and have it returned and exchanged
We will only allow a return on an item of the merchandise with 10 days of the date of delivery.

WITH

The original proof of purchase/payment presented
All the price tags still attached
The item must be in it’s original for and packaging
Items sold with complementary gifts must be returned with the gift

Exceptions

Swimwear cannot be returned
No returns of any jewelry
Any factory fault must be reported two days after delivery at info@omontleonlinestore.co.za

Returns process

Only items purchased on www.omontleonlinestore.co.za can be returned
All returns will be exchanged and the customer either choose another item or get an O-gift code to use on their next purchase
Customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs for their returning items
Please send it back to the address 3096 waterkloof hills estate Rustenburg 0300 and send an email explaining which item, color and size you want to exchange with
Item must be returned within 7 working days after delivery date
We don’t accept a return after 7working days
Items must be unworn,unwashed &have original tags on
Omontle online store will not be responsible for any stolen in transit. Please keep the receipt and the return tracking number as proof
If you receive the wrong parcel call our customer care on 0662969350, we will organize a courier to collect the parcel
